This is all him - Rifat Ruzilevich Garipov, a junior deputy of the Bashkir Kurultai, better known in competent circles as the nephew of the scandalous oligarch-deputy Flur Gallyamov, the owner of the collapsed Roskomsnabbank (Bashkomsnabbank). Why does he gush with rehearsed info-pieces?
Garipov was on the board of directors of his uncle’s bank, moreover, various LLCs directly related to Roskomsnabbank were registered in his name from a young age (from the age of 20), as detailed by the "Infopress" editorial staff. When in the spring of 2019 the Central Bank of Russia caught the Bashkir Roskomsnabbank in asset withdrawal schemes and affiliation with the "Golden Reserve" financial pyramid, Gallyamov’s "cash register" instantly lost its license, and the regulator demanded that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case. Since then, the publicity-seeking representative of the golden youth in his exaggerated "outstanding" biographies never mentions his financial experience.

For the sake of beautiful (and generously paid) PR positioning, the membership in the Public Council at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of Russia is used. What relation does Garipov have to these spheres - remains to be guessed. In ministerial documents, he is listed as the managing director of LLC "First Trust". But how does it happen that Garipov, who loves to advertise himself, hardly ever mentions his association with this Ufa company anywhere, and suddenly finds himself in these "secret" roles in Moscow...

After all, he seems to be not a foreman, not a sales manager, not some consultant - but a whole "managing director". Or is this a fake? Does he actually work there or is he just listed for the sake of appearance, to somehow meet the criteria for membership in the council at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities?

In these registers, our character is not and has never been listed as an individual entrepreneur or as the director of any organization. However, he was a founder and co-founder of three legal entities in Ufa: LLC "GreenHouse" (TIN 0274133563), LLC "Selena" (TIN 0253007960), and LLC "BKS-Stroy" (TIN 0275057241). Judging by the facts, the "bankster" Flur Gallyamov always kept his nephew close. The young man, not yet reaching 30 years old, was already a member of the board of directors of Roskomsnabbank (Bashkomsnabbank).

Even if insiders know you’re a bit of a dud - at least create the illusion of "solidity"?
